Sports welcome rollover uses a EUR50 counted-stake ceiling per bet. That is not the same as the casino active-bonus maximum. Balances are used in an order

Sports markets and promotional settlement

Sports covers football, tennis, table tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football and baseball. Live Betting and Virtual Sports appear as separate navigation choices. A sports promotion can restrict which of those bets count. Virtual bets, for example, do not count toward the general sports welcome rollover.

Early Payout is attached to marked events and qualifying markets. An eligible pre-match football home or away 1X2 bet can be paid as a win when that team leads by two goals. Draw selections and boosted-winner markets do not qualify. The later final score does not produce a duplicate payment, and a full cash-out removes eligibility.

Other marked Early Payout thresholds include five runs in baseball, 17 points in American football, 20 points in basketball, two sets in tennis and three goals in ice hockey. A losing BetBuilder reward is a free bet

The first qualifying losing real-money BetBuilder of the day can return 50% of the stake as a free bet, capped at EUR50. The minimum qualifying stake is EUR20 and the total odds must be at least 1.70. The bet must settle, the reward must be requested through support, and it can be claimed once per calendar week.

This is a free-bet reward, rather than a cash refund of a losing stake. Use the full free bet once within three days. Its net winnings then require three-times wagering at odds of 1.50 within 30 days from activation. Sports and virtual sports are allowed under this particular reward. Those conditions differ from the Shop free bet's 24-hour activation deadline and 2.10 odds requirement.

Casino welcome before the first wager

Our casino first-deposit package is 100% up to EUR500 plus 200 free spins. A qualifying first real-money deposit must be at least EUR20, and Neteller or Skrill deposits do not qualify. Weekly options are not one combined offer

For a MyEmpire 1 cashback example, assume eligible defined losses after those adjustments are EUR244. Ten percent would be EUR24.40, above the EUR20 minimum. Once credited and activated, that amount has a three-times sports requirement of EUR73.20. This example starts with the defined loss result, rather than treating all stakes as losses.

We credit the weekly reward automatically in My Bonuses on Monday, with 72 hours to activate it. Complete its sports-only wagering within 30 days from activation. Do not import a minimum-odds figure from a Shop free bet or sports welcome into this cashback rule. Different rewards can share a product area while using different conditions.

Build resources and reward decisions

Diamonds can be spent in different places

Qualifying casino wagers earn one Diamond per EUR10. Deposits add Diamond units based on 5% of the EUR-equivalent deposit, while top places in in-house tournaments can also earn them. Diamonds are not a separate cash wallet with a fixed euro exchange rate. Their uses and displayed prices determine what an available balance can purchase.

At MyEmpire 1, buying every House in a District unlocks the assigned prize. Check whether it is cash, bonus money or spins. District cash prizes enter Real Balance and require one-times casino wagering. District money bonuses have 10x, 20x or 40x bonus wagering depending on the prize, a ten-day period and a five-times-bonus release cap. District spin winnings can also have different 10x, 20x or 40x multipliers.

These District bonus rewards are for Casino, excluding Live Casino. A live table being visible in the navigation therefore does not make it eligible for a District bonus. The credited reward conditions connect the building action to the next stage of play. They are more useful than assuming that every prize follows the same multiplier.

Compare Shop item types by their restrictions

Shop bonus money ranges from EUR5 for 500 Diamonds through EUR300 for 13,000 Diamonds. Intermediate examples include EUR10 for 900, EUR30 for 2,200, EUR50 for 3,200 and EUR200 for 10,000 Diamonds. Prices are not proportional across the whole range, so the reward amount alone does not give a universal Diamond conversion.

Prepare the request rather than only the amount

The rules publish withdrawal ceilings in several denominations. They do not establish that every account can hold every currency. Level 5 also is not an amount of money that can be purchased or a promise that a balance will reach these limits.

The following table shows selected Level 5 daily and monthly limits. Each is the published value in that denomination, rather than a conversion from EUR.

Level assessment uses the previous 90 calendar days of activity and the deposit, withdrawal and bonus ratio. A month of no active betting returns the account to the lowest level. Individual transaction limits and schedules can also apply. A monthly ceiling therefore does not allow the entire monthly figure to be withdrawn in one day.

MyEmpire 1 allows no more than three pending withdrawals. Once checks are complete, allow the stated three business days from your request or the last paid request for processing. Eight terms to keep with the reward name

• Combined wagering base means deposit plus credited bonus. The casino welcome uses that combined amount at 35x. This differs from Shop bonus money, whose 40x requirement applies to the purchased bonus alone. The base changes the calculation even before game contribution is considered.
• Free-spin winnings means the bonus created by a spin result. Welcome spin winnings carry 40x wagering. A spin count is therefore different from either a cash amount or a wagering target. MyEmpire 1 applies the relevant release threshold to the resulting bonus, rather than treating every spin as money already released.
